Job Title: Marketing Executive

Location: Maidenhead, Henley, Staines, Slough, Berkshire, Marlow

Salary: Up to £24,500 plus bonus and benefits

Evolve Recruitment are currently looking for a Marketing Executive to join the dynamic team within a fast-growing company that offer great benefits. As Marketing Executive, you will assist in driving the department function at a product and marketing level to ensure all responsibilities associated with the position are fulfilled in an effective and timely fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

As Marketing Executive, you will support the cross functional teams; Sales, JSS, Finance, Service, Customer Services and Supply Chain with the fulfilment of product and marketing responsibilities
Creation and implementation of marketing premiums, POS, sales literature, and display merchandising linked to the product range
Involvement in the organisation and implementation of the rolling brand events calendar and exhibition attendance
Assist with Training Centre upkeep and fulfilment of shipping equipment for events and customer shows
Prepare and present marketing presentations at events
The Marketing Executive will manage the ongoing relationships with brand influencers, brand ambassadors and journalists
Maintain the PR function to ensure the product range and press releases are delivered to the right audiences in a timely fashion, creating brand exposure and editorial opportunities
Work closely with PR agency to create and increased brand exposure and to maximise opportunities to leverage key product USP's, through product technology, services, and solutions
Identify and engage with key end users, target customers, and trade associations raising awareness on key projects
Contribute to end user communications via traditional print and digital channels
Work with the European product management & European marketing teams for the timely launch of new products and supporting promotional material
Provide features, benefits, and technical information on new and existing products to the sales team
Monitor and carry out research on competitors including marketing campaigns, promotional activity, events, and PR activity is a key part of the Marketing Executive's role
The raising of purchase orders internally and then externally with our supplier base

Key Skills:

University Degree (or equivalent), preferably in Marketing
For the role of Marketing Executive, you will need a minimum of 6 months experience within a marketing/events environment
Creative skills and attention to detail
Strong Computer skills: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Adobe / Photoshop
Good understanding of Social Media & the Web
As Marketing Executive, you must demonstrate the ability to work as a part of fast moving and growing team
Highly motivated and eagerness to fulfil the position's responsibilities effectively and in a timely fashion
Knowledge of Power tool market and products an advantage but not essential
