Vintage Photo Lab, the UK's most trusted photo scanning company, is looking for an enthusiastic, energetic customer services rep to help take us to the next level of growth. Initially a 3 month contract, for the right person the role could lead to a permanent position.
The role is varied but essential to the continued growth of the company. Working closely with the founder and team of scanning operators, the successful candidate will manage all aspects of customer orders.
Prior customer service experience is not essential. A genuine commitment to deliver service excellence and delight our customers is.
We're a professional photo scanning company and have exceptional standards. Our reputation is built around the customer service we delivery for our customers. It's really important that you care about this. It's not for everyone, but this is the starting point of everything we do.
Responsibilities include:
Responding to telephone and email enquiries.
Managing orders from pre-sales to completion.
Managing the logistics and courier relationship.
Managing suppliers.
Helping to coordinate the scanning team and manage workflow.
Packing of completed orders.
Delivering personalised customer support post-sales.
Good spoken and written english is essential, as is good grammar.
Working hours have some flexibility, if required, but we're looking for c35-40 hours
