Training & Development Associate

£50-£60k

Initial 6-month contract

Scope:

My client, a world-leading medical aesthetics organisation, have created a brand new opportunity for an experienced Training and Development Associate to join them.

Based 3 days a week at their impressive facility in Marlow and two days at home, This is a great chance to work with some very reputable and exciting brands in the market as part of a dynamic and supportive team.

A can do attitude and a passion to develop people is essential however the role will offer the flexibility to pursue areas of interest and will be highly focussed on self-development through training others.

Responsibilities:

This role reports into the Country Training Manager and forms part of the Business Excellence department. You will manage, develop and deliver a full range of Training & Development initiatives primarily servicing the various commercial sales teams. Some of the responsibilities include:

* On-boarding and initial training learner journeys for new starters to the organisation ensuring a high standard of knowledge and skills within an appropriate time frame

* ICE / MCE events to baseline and benchmark the selling and coaching skills within the organisation using a consistent and validated framework

* Ongoing product knowledge improvement through innovative technologies utilising online platforms and workshops delivered virtually or in classroom

* Skills development including selling skills, key account management, communication and mindset

* An opportunity to work with a wide variety of stakeholders in the business such as marketing, trade, compliance and customer service.

* International project involvement as appropriate

About You

Potential candidates should have experience in a training or learning role, ideally from a medical or pharma background and be eager to champion Training and Development across all stakeholders.

You will be a great communicator and understand the need to cater for different learning styles.

You will have the ability to deliver training across a wide range of learning platforms, including insight into digital/virtual training and engagement and an analytical eye to assess training outcomes and the value of each intervention.

An entrepreneurial spirit is essential and the ability to identify opportunities to develop business acumen and drive results.
