An exciting new position has become available to work with a well-known Entrepreneur who is based locally to Marlow. You will work in a close-knit team and support his brands and own social presence via social media platforms. The successful candidate will be incredibly driven, forward thinking, demonstrate strong leadership skills and have extensive experience in promoting brands via social media.

Although this role is office based you will assist him on a daily basis, which can include travelling to varies venues.

* We require an experienced Instagram and Tiktok Video Content Manager to join an exciting fast paced entrepreneurial environment.

* Highly creative and passionate individual who has experience of Instagram and Tiktok channels, as well as identifying upcoming trends and opportunities on Tiktok and Instagram Reels with a reactive approach. They will be required to develop and implement a video and social media strategy primarily for Instagram and TikTok ensuring growth targets and objectives are met. The individual will be responsible for all video content all social media channels which includes Tiktok, Instagram, Youtube and Twitter.

* Running social media channels, coming up with a strategy for the various channels ensuring a very strong presence on each platform.

* Planning, creating and implementing a content strategy for video across all channels as well as remaining reactive to trends, challenges and national events.

* Creating all video content for use across all social media channels.

* Drive ‘out of the box’ thinking when it comes to interacting with the audience with the use of video and being able to adapt to change within social media channels.

Your skills:

* Proven knowledge of Instagram and Tiktok primarily and how to identify and use trending sounds and hashtags

* Knowledge of Instagram and Tiktok itself and what works on teach platform and what doesn’t

* Confident filming video content, editing for review and completing for all posts.

* Video editing skills

* Experience of growing an Instagram and Tiktok social media account with 1m+ followers
