You will be a passionate candidate who is self-motivated, innovative and creative with a keen eye for creating exciting video content as well as being experienced on Instagram and TikTok.

Based locally to Marlow, salary £40,00 – £60,000 depending on experience.

Job Summary

You will manage Instagram and TikTok channels, as well as identifying upcoming trends and opportunities on TikTok and Instagram Reels with a reactive approach.

The role will have full responsibility for all social media channels, which includes TikTok, Instagram, YouTube. You will develop and implement a video and social media strategy ensuring growth targets and objectives are met.

Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

* Running social media channels, coming up with a strategy for the various channels and ensuring a very strong presence on each platform.

* Planning, creating and implementing a content strategy for video across all channels as well as remaining reactive to trends, challenges and national events.

* Creating all video content for use across all social media channels.

* Drive ‘out of the box’ thinking when it comes to interacting with the audience with the use of video and being able to adapt to change within social media channels.

Your skills:

* Proven knowledge of Instagram and TikTok and how to identify and use trending sounds and hashtags

* Knowledge of Instagram and TikTok and what works on each platform

* Confident filming video content, editing for review and completing for all posts.

* Video editing skills

* Experience of growing an Instagram and TikTok social media account with 1m+ followers

* Highly creative and ambitious

* Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

* Very strong understanding about this market and consumer mindset

* Works well under pressure and can deliver quality creative work to very tight deadlines

* A deep and passionate interest in entrepreneurship
