Temporary Team Assistant – Marketing
Our client is looking for some temporary Administrative support for customer facing teams including sales, marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support with sales, marketing and medical activities including sales operations, project management etc.
Manage creative agencies, promotional budgets and monitor campaigns
Support business insight/analytics and forecasting
Support with brand and tactical planning e.g. preparing inputs, workshops, consolidating versions, managing reviews, maintaining and tracking tactical plans, supporting budgeting, ad hoc research
Support basic CRM maintenance and administration (as a back up to the CRM Manager)
Placing purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with purchasing standards
Provide executive assistant support to senior team members such as travel booking, diary management, office support
Position Requirements
• Experience in a commercial administration role either a sales support or marketing assistant position
• Proactive, with strong attention to detail and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry required
