Are you an experienced Senior Account Manager or ambitious Account Manager looking to join a fast paced marketing agency with a difference?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing marketing agency based in the beautiful Buckinghamshire area. We are looking for a hands on Senior Marketing Account Manager or experienced Marketing Account Manager to assist on one of their biggest b2b accounts.
This ambitious full service marketing agency have big plans for 2021, with more and more work coming through with global clients and an excellent new business record, this agency are keen to ensure the team is correctly resourced and in place to support clients requirements.
As Senior Account Manager you will join a team dedicated to one of the agencies biggest accounts with a global tech brand, therefore you must be a strong account handler with excellent people skills Your days will be filled with managing client relationships, shaping client requirements, briefing creative and overseeing more junior members of the team to ensure successful marketing campaigns are executed effectively.
As a Senior Account Manager you will:
– Uphold fantastic day to day client relationships and have a strong understanding of their needs and objectives by suggesting appropriate marketing solutions
– Own the panning and briefing of specific integrated campaigns
– Motivate and lead your team to develop on deliver client programs alongside you.
– Manager campaigns to time and budget
– Report back to the client on the effectiveness of specific online and offline campaigns and suggest changes if needed
– Mentor and coach junior account staff ensuring they have the chance to develop and thrive.
Working alongside the client will allow you to spot excellent business opportunities so a good business mind and a passion for marketing are skills required to be a true success in this role. In order to be a great fit for this team, we're looking for ambitious, driven and self-motivated Senior Account Managers or Account Managers looking for the next step in their marketing career.
Skills required:
– Experience of working in B2B marketing , especially in the technology sector
– Experience of delivering and developing effective integrated marketing campaigns in a marketing agency environment
– Experience of tailoring specific digital and offline campaigns based on clients objectives. Thinking outside the box.
– Able to deliver multiple projects at one given time.
