Digital Marketing Manager
Up to £75,000 depending on experience

An exciting opportunity to join a global leader in pharmaceuticals. My client are looking for a digital marketing manager, with additional experience coding using HTML/CSS. If this sounds interesting to you, keep reading below!
Your day to day role:
A Project Manager – Managing landing page and email development in HTML and CSS, coordinating domain registration and SSL configurations, and other technical elements of campaign building for digital media flights.
An expert in all things digital marketing – Getting hands-on to create solutions in one or more of the following specialties: SEO, conversion rate optimization, marketing automation or data tracking implementation on websites and freestanding landing pages
A collaborator – Partnering with both internal and external stakeholders, building relationships to ensure website and landing page rollouts, media performance reporting and the efficient execution of international digital media campaigns.
Build impactful and engaging landing pages – fluent in front-end development of high-converting landing pages (in HTML/CSS or natively in Salesforce Marketing Cloud), and HTML builds of drip and other automated email sequences
Drive Change – In a business which is constantly evolving you will be a change agent and innovator, keeping up to date with relevant industry innovations and competitor analysis to ensure we are digital leaders in the industry.
Think commercially – Regularly analyze performance to better improve delivery, click through rates, customer engagement and other market insights & analytics.
What you will have:
Proven experience in digital marketing; expertise in developing websites and mobile experiences for high-converting media campaigns preferred
Experience in digital marketing or product positions with regional or global responsibility
Experience managing technical development resources or agency relationships across multiple time zones required
Ability to manage and drive multiple simultaneous initiatives with impeccable attention to detail and demonstrated ownership over an initiative’s success
High competency with HTML development
Experience with Google Analytics, floodlight tagging in Facebook, and media performance reporting via survey building and deployment
Successful track record of change management implementation
Experience in a regional / international environment
Pragmatic, results oriented and able to work under pressure and in a changing and flexible environment
Analytical strength with proven ability to utilize data insights to influence strategy
Availability for frequent travel internationally (~20%)
