Our client a world leading health and medical company is looking for an ambitious, adaptable and Digital Marketing Analyst to work within a fast paced and forward-thinking organisation. The successful candidate will be incredibly organised, methodical and enjoy project based campaigns where you support your team in strategical planning, BI analytics and data reporting.
This is a 6 month fixed term contract paying £45,000 – £60,000.
* A digital media expert – Seasoned in digital media planning and buying, with ideal experience across paid social media, programmatic video and display, and SEM; you are comfortable managing budgets in excess of $1M per month and carry a deep understanding of digital media buying best practices.
* A hands-on tactician AND guiding strategist – Capable and excited to manage media buying hands-on when needed, but just as able to liaise with active media buying teams to glean cross-channel insights that single-channel focused buyers may miss. You can easily determine “the story” of media performance and are always able to support your assertions with data analysis.
* A problem solver – Willing at all moments to jump into projects of need that arise suddenly and must be completed in short timeframes. As the hub of global media buying and planning, our team is consistently striving for innovation and efficiency, while also ensuring that our global stakeholders are soundly informed of the effects and return of our digital media activities.
* Manage media buying – With experience in paid social media and programmatic video and display media buying, you can support our US-based media buying teams on an as-needed basis while applying in-house creative and targeting expertise.
* Provide cross-channel analysis – The most critical need for our global media buying, you will be looking at our current media performance with a focus on efficiencies to be gained by adjusting spend, creative and targeting. You will develop a deep understanding of how each channel we activate affects others, and the data-backed reasons for our media performance.
* Produce and update reports – Another essential need, you will frequently compile raw media performance housed in a variety of data warehouses, real-time models for ROAS and ROI, as well as your own well-written analyses of channels, creative and targeting to report out to key stakeholders in the global organisation.
Additional information
* Bachelor’s Degree in communications, business, or related field; certifications in digital media buying preferred
* Excellent spoken and written communication ability
* Proven experience managing digital media budgets over $100k/month
* Expertise in cross-channel media analytics, with an emphasis on paid social media, programmatic video and display, and search engine marketing

* Desire to work for a global team operating in multiple time zones
* Pragmatic, results oriented and able to work under pressure and in a changing and flexible environment
