Already a powerhouse of their industry, this market leading consumer organisation are on an exciting journey as they develop their brand to further dominate their market. The company has grown from strength to strength, certainly over the last year also… and you would be joining a large global marketing team, in a business which provides itself on the wellbeing of their staff and employees. 

The Role – CRM Marketing Manager

Joining a proactive and busy team, your day to day responsibilities could include:

Creating engaging email campaigns.
Work with both local and global teams collaboratively.
Tracking and reporting on weekly campaign performance.
Grow and maintain high numbers of retention in members.
Communicating clearly with multiple stakeholders.
Implement CRM campaigns.
The Requirements – CRM Marketing Manager

To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 3 year’s experience in a focused CRM and email marketing role, ideally from a consumer brand. HTML skills would be beneficial, but not essential. You will also be happy in a role where you have both strategy and implementation responsibilities.

This is an exciting chance to join a growing business during a very exciting period!

This role offers flexible working, but office attendance is required a couple of times a week, so locations that will be easily commutable include, Slough, High Wycombe, Maidenhead, Reading, Beaconsfield and Henley on Thames.
