Private Client Solicitor required for friendly & multi-service Law Firm, with offices based in the beautiful riverside town of Marlow.

The successful candidate should be enthusiastic and confident in their own ability with a minimum of 5 to 8 years PQE. This is an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor looking for personal and career development opportunities; allowing the candidate to build upon their experience within a progressive, yet well-established practice.

Role Overview:

The firm are looking for an experienced Senior Solicitor to join their department which provides a wide variety of private client services including wills and tax planning, court of protection work, powers of attorney and the administration of trust and estates; clients are generally locally based and of significant worth.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

* The successful candidate will be responsible for running a varied Private Client caseload.

* You will be dealing with a file from taking initial instructions through to completion so will need to be confident in working independently and efficiently.

* An ability to communicate well with colleagues and clients over the phone and in writing.

* Ensuring that all client work is progressed in a timely manner and that clients are regularly informed on progress and on costs.

Required Skills & Experience:

* 5 to 8 years PQE

* Excellent client care and people skills

* Commercially aware

* Ambitious

* Driven

* Adept at marketing and business development

* A STEP qualification would be very attractive although not essential
