Technical Operations Deployment Analyst

CIPHR are a rapidly expanding, innovative, UK based tech company who provide online (SaaS) HR systems and solutions to help organisations attract, engage, manage and retain their workforce more effectively.

The Role

We are looking for a 'hands on' Deployment Analyst who has extensive IT system management experience who will be responsible for helping deploy a wide range of software and also maintaining our customer SAAS environment.

You'll also have experience of project delivery, helpdesk queries, network issues and datacentre migrations, the Microsoft suite of products, as well as being a reliable source – giving technical experience and understanding to the associated teams supporting our customers.

Accountabilities

Managing a wide range of tasks including Software Deployment, 3rd Party Integrations, License Administration, Trusted Login setups
*Managing the maintenance and deployment of CIPHR SaaS Applications & Servers and monitoring their performance
*Champion collaborative working with the development, QC and customer delivery/support teams
*Ensuring the successful operation Disaster Recovery solution and its reliability
*Understanding of the current state of infrastructure automation, continuous integration/deployment, SQL, security, networking, and cloud-based delivery models

Desirable Skills & Experience

SQL Server 2012 onwards – Administration and Scripting
*MS Webservers – IIS
*PowerShell scripting – Creating and maintaining
*Octopus Deployment
