CIPHR are a rapidly expanding, innovative, UK based tech company who provide online (SaaS) HR, Payroll and Learning Management systems and solutions to help organisations attract, engage, manage, and retain their workforce more effectively.

Location: The CIPHR Team are currently working remotely from home. This role will initially be based 100% from home until we are able to safely reopen our offices. We are open and able to consider candidates who are not geographically local to our offices in Marlow, Buckinghamshire for candidates who wish to work remotely permanently.

About the role

Our rapidly expanding Services team requires an enthusiastic, inquisitive individual to join us in delivering custom reports and data updates on behalf of our customers.

Reporting to the Managed Service Team Lead, your responsibilities include:

Building reports using CIPHR's Microsoft Excel based reporting tool.
Updating and editing existing reports.
Bulk updating data on behalf of customers using a combination of SQL and tools in CIPHR.
Using CIPHR's advanced scheduling tools.
Making configuration changes to the customers CIPHR system, to allow the customer to get the most out of their HR system.About You:

You may have worked with other systems in the past in a reporting capacity.
You may have worked in a technical support role in the past.
You will have excellent Excel Skills, and be familiar with the use of Pivot Table reporting. Your knowledge of Excel formulas will be at an advanced level.
You may have worked with Power Query.
You may have used Power BI.
You will have had some exposure to TSQL / SQL Server and be competent at querying data via SQL.
Ideally you will have worked with a HR system before.
Ideally you will have worked in a HR team before.
You are a self-stating, highly motivated individual who actively seeks out pathways to solutions.
You should be technologically inquisitive. You may have played with technologies that are not part of your day-to-day job.
You will have an affinity for people and be able to communicate with people at a high level.
Ideally, you will be great at coaxing information out of people.What we offer:
