Senior Electronic Design Engineer – Broadcast

Marlow – Buckinghamshire

£50,000 – £60,000 + 10% bonus + flexible working + benefits

A Senior Electronic Design Engineer is required to join our client who are a market leading organisation that design, manufacture, and sell sophisticated electronic equipment to the broadcast industry with its UK head office based in Marlow, Buckingham. The business is growing which has increased the demands on the development/R&D team therefore have identified a need for a Senior Electronic Design Engineer. The successful candidate will be an experienced Electronic Design Engineer, who will play a pivotal role in taking design from concept through to production working with latest industry technologies.

The Senior Design engineer will have experience in the broadcast industry or related audio/video related industry. My client will also consider someone with the right technical skillset and is a hobbyist within audio/video.

Key Skills

Experience in Broadcast or video/audio related industry
Board level circuit design containing embedded processers
Understanding of how Software interacts with and controls hardware
Digital circuit design fundamentals
High speed signal design
Mixed signal design experience. Understanding of analogue
Ability to work solo and in a teamDesirable/Advantageous Experience

Embedded software experience, C/C++ programming
VHDL coding for FPGA's
Networking protocol experience
