This role will be based at our headquarters in Marlow, Buckinghamshire
As an IT Support & Infrastructure Lead your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
* VMWare,
* HP Simplivity,
* Sharepoint,
* Cisco Networking,
* SCCM, ITIL.
* Hold either an MCP or CCNA.
* Experience of project management or PM qualifications (Prince2) an advantage.
* Experience of ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials (would be an advantage)
* The ability to Lead a small team and be responsible for all IT Support, Technical, Infrastructure and Connectivity services.
* An ability to logically and methodically diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
* Good written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
* Keen attention to detail
* Flexible and adaptable to change
* Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment.
As an IT Support & Infrastructure Lead your key responsibilities will include
* Lead and manage the day to day IT support function (This will also likely be a hands-on role)
* Act as the technical authority for Chelton’s infrastructure, connectivity and services.
* Lead the simplification of Chelton’s infrastructure and Network
* A focus on continuous service improvement to enhance service levels
* Conduct regular service & IT ticket review meetings covering performance, service improvements, quality and processes
* Work proactively with third-parties to maintain performance in line with SLAs, drive continuous improvement
* Work with the Business Solutions team to deliver current and future business applications
