This role will be based at our headquarters in Marlow, Buckinghamshire with travel to customer sites.
As an IT Support Analyst your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
* Degree qualified, preferably computer sciences related, or equivalent relevant experience
* Experience in IT planning and execution (AGILE, PRINCE2 or equivalent an advantage) qualified and ITIL aware
* Demonstrated ability to apply IT to solve business problems.
* An ability to logically and methodically diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
* Good written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
* Keen attention to detail
* Flexible and adaptable to change
* Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment.
As an IT Support Analyst your key responsibilities will include:
* Record and process Service Desk tickets
* Fulfil Service Requests including PC builds, account creation, moves and changes.
* Provide IT support via telephone, remotely or in person for the resolution of software, hardware or network issues in line with service level agreements
* Carry out initial fault finding for technical issues and either resolve or escalate as appropriate
* Responding to Service Desk tickets within the appropriate service delivery timeframes
* Setup, deployment and support of desktop and laptop systems
* Activating and supporting mobile devices
* Configuration and support of voice/video communication systems
* Active Directory and Exchange user account management
* Supporting local business applications
* Operate to Chelton policies, procedures and standards
* Support such other commensurate IT projects and activities, as required
