C++ Software Developer

CIPHR are a rapidly expanding, innovative, UK based tech company who provide online (SaaS) HR, Payroll and Learning Management systems and solutions to help organisations attract, engage, manage and retain their workforce more effectively.

About the role:

Joining our busy and dedicated technology function, you will be working with our payroll software. A trusted software used by hundreds of clients and our bureau function, you will form part of the team dedicated to ensuring it is kept operating seamlessly and any product enhancements are in line with best practices and payroll or pension processing guidelines or legislation changes.

About You:

Have attention to detail
Demonstrable experience working with Visual C++
Experience of Visual Studio 2017
Use of MFC (Microsoft Foundation Classes)
Managed (.Net Framework) & Unmanaged code (Pure C++)
SQL Server
Experience of working on Business Applications, ideally payroll applications
Experience coding in C is advantageous.
Ability to think about the efficiency of existing processes whilst working and make recommendations
Good organisational skills, prioritising workload
To use initiative and be adaptable to ad hoc requests
