Responsibilities

· Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.

· Follow all procedures, maintaining the highest standards.

· Ensuring all areas are kept clean and tidy to promote a safe working environment at all times.

· Co-operate with all staff and management to provide a smooth and efficient service

· Attend and participate in briefings and other meetings as scheduled

Requirements

· The successful individual must have a “can do attitude,” be able to multi-task and to work to strict guidelines

· Be punctual, focused, well organised, reliable and have a positive attitude

· Possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work a variety of shifts

· Be able to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter through the front of house team
