This job as a Technical Support Engineer – Audio will give you a chance to work in a dynamic and challenging broadcast and media market. It will suit an individual with high intellect, an enquiring mind and excellent communication skills.

The main responsibilities for the job as a Technical Support Engineer – Audio will be:

– Work with the development team to identify common product fault causes and solutions.
– Work closely with product managers to understand and become proficient in the products and their application.
– Work closely with the development engineering department to enable rapid software and hardware development.
– Willing to travel internationally at times.

The key requirements for this job as a Technical Support Engineer – Audio will be:

– Experience in a related field (live broadcast, broadcast manufacturing, broadcast system integration) or qualified to degree level in Audio/Sound recording. Electronics or similar disciplines
– Interest in Audio Technology
– Strong attention to detail
