This is a great opportunity to join an innovative and forward-thinking company based in Marlow.
Due to a significant period of growth, and increased customer demand, our client is looking to recruit 2 ambitious graduates. Working as part of a friendly team, you will be providing administrative support as well as delivering fantastic customer service. This is a varied role with elements of sales administration, supplier engagement and customer service.
Offering a salary of up to £24,000 DOE plus excellent benefits and opportunity for progression.
Duties and responsibilities:
* To ensure that all customer interaction is of the highest level
* Covering all areas of contract administration, including raising purchase orders, booking deliveries and collections and raising invoices
* Ensuring achievement across all key performance indicators
* Deal with customer communications, after sales, third party and complaint handling
* Support management in providing details and knowledge to enable better decision making
* Support customers and uphold the brand image by providing the very best in going above and beyond for customers
* Other adhoc duties as required
Experience required:
* Previous experience dealing with customers
* High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
* Customer focused with an excellent telephone manner and communication skills
* Strong analytical skills
* Excellent IT skills
* Ability to manage and prioritise own workload as well as working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* A flexible, 'can do’, enthusiastic attitude
* A willingness to learn and grow within a commercial environment
* A driven, passionate and motivated team player
* Full driving licence
