Our client, a local independent family business, involved in shaping the future of the audio industry, is looking for a Customer Administrator on an 8 Month Fixed Term Contract.
You will be providing administrative support relating to sales/repairs orders (including sales/repair order entry) and administrative support to the Commercial Customer Support/End User Support EMEA teams. However, direct communication with external customers will not be required.
Duties will include:
* Administrative support related to the RMA portal (inclusive of JDE/CRM)
* Assisting with administrative tasks pertaining to self-help tools
* Supporting the team with data archiving accuracy (ECM)
* General data input and data maintenance
* Assisting co-workers in the department as required
* Any other ad-hoc duties that may arise
Special Requirements:
* Minimum 1-3 years previous customer service experience
* Strong PC skills in MS Office, JD Edwards/CRM experience (preferred)
* Strong, accurate data entry skills
* Excellent interpersonal/communication skills (both written and oral)
* Organised and committed with ability to problem-solve and prioritise workload
* Flexibility within job role and ability to approach all tasks confidently
* A self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Ability to speak/write in local language and English at Level 2 (desirable)
