A great opportunity to join a growing housebuilder.
Reporting to the Technical Director, our client are looking to appoint a Technical Coordinator who has experience working on residential development projects.
Different technical biases will be considered such as architectural, technical or engineering.
Key responsibilities:
Key point of contact and coordinator of consultants and utility services.
Work with other departments to share technical information and resolve any technical issues.
Be comfortable attending progress meetings to ensure necessary information provided.
Responsible for interrogating the designs, the submission of applications and obtaining the necessary consents.
Ownership of the documentation records.
