Senior Contracts Manager

A rapidly growing, successful construction and property development company require a Senior Contracts Manager / Construction Manager to help deliver a framework on a number of projects and look after a small team.

Projects: residential with some areas including roof extensions, repairs, refits and refurbishment £500k – £1m

Experience Required: Residential Build and Refurbishment in London.

Role: Heading up operations and logistics on the HMO side of the business, working closely with the Managing Director you will have a lot of autonomy, no micromanaging. Great opportunity for an ambitious Contract Manager or Projects Manager to run a small team of Site Managers, Project Managers and Contracts Managers.
