Project Manager – Marlow/West London

We are exclusively partnered with a rapidly expanding contractor based in Marlow. They are looking for a Project Manager to help with a substantial amount of work that has been won in West London.

The projects range from residential conversions, loft extensions and residential refits. With projects across Heathrow, Hounslow, Hayes, and Feltham. The successful Project Manager will be looking after around 10 small sites, taking them from cradle to grave.

The MD is expecting someone who can manage a number of small sites at any given time and can keep up with the pace of the turnaround of work.

An exciting time to join a small but very successful contractor with a handful of very hardworking individuals.

This position may be suited to someone who is currently a Site Manager but is looking to take a step up to a Project Manager.

The Project Manager’s role

The successful Project Manager will be required to run around 10 small projects at one given time, managing the scheduling for sites and day to day activities. The Project Manager should:

* Hold an SMSTS card

* Have experience managing residential projects of a similar nature

* Be confident in the speed and turnaround of these projects

* Able to be selfsufficient and competent to deliver these schemes

* Want to grow with this contractor

In Return for the Project Manager?

* Up to £50,000 basic salary

* Profit and performancerelated bonus

* Company car/allowance

* Travel to sites paid for

* Pension scheme
