New opportunities have arisen to join an SME development Client to support and be moulded by a recently appointment FD introduced by TGL, to provide analysis and forecasting throughout the business. The role is responsible for working with management to help them make key decisions and help management use financial information to inform business strategy. This role will offer the successful candidate a clear progression pathway and study support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Record financial transactions for project, department, or company
* Prepare financial statements for internal and external use
* Reconcile spending with budget as part of project costing
* Recommend ways of cutting costs
* Maintain records and support auditing efforts
* Advise company and/or department management on financial decisions
* Adhoc duties
Management Accountant Skills and Qualifications:
* Part qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA),
* 2 plus years of management accountants experience,
* Sage software experience would be beneficial,
* Key eye for detail,
* Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
* Understanding of finance regulations and legislation,
* Analytical skills,
* Organisational skills,
* Studding towards one of the professional bodies: ACCA or CIMA
