Are you looking for an exciting new role for 2021?

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Manager to work for an exclusive restaurant group, overseeing the maintenance for their local restaurants and boutique hotel in the beautiful surroundings of Buckinghamshire.

This will be a stand-alone role and requires someone who has experience and can respond effectively to requests and repairs daily.

Responsibilities

Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
Performing preventative maintenance.
Maintain building exteriors, interiors, and vehicle fleets.
Troubleshoot performance issues.
Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
Requirements

Proven maintenance experience.
Ability to check blueprints, planning, repair manuals or parts catalogues, as necessary.
Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices.
Plumbing and electrical experience necessary.
Strong organisational and follow up skills.
Weekend work required and must be available for evening call outs.
Must have full, clean driving license
