Senior Systems Engineer

The Role:

The Engineering Team Member shall serve as a subject matter expert within the team, ensuring theapplication of the appropriate discipline processes, practices and tools to ensure that responsibilities are completed to meet the required technical and quality requirements.

Providing advanced technical expertise to projects and product developments. Aligning technical solutions to organisational objectives to ensure the optimum business benefit. Application of advanced discipline domain knowledge to the design, development and delivery of new products, processes and technologies on time, within budget and with required quality.

Continued professional development of discipline competence and expertise to ensure own capability is leading edge. Support the technical development of other members of the Engineering department through guidance, knowledge sharing etc.Application of, and compliance with, engineering processes and practices including the engineering framework, LCM and regulatory requirements.

Identification of opportunities for improvement in discipline processes, practices and tools. Collaboration with IPT members to address project requirements.

The Canidadate:

* Good solid Systems Engineer with circa 10 years of experience (Electrical background)

* Experience of both Capturing and Analysing requirements

* Will have experience of DOORS, ideally DOOS NG (Next Generation)

* Will have experience of front-end Analysis & support
