Our client, a fast growing digital agency, are looking for a Web Designer to join their team based in Marlow (currently remote until further notice). They're looking for a motivated designer who's keen to take themselves and the business to the next level, this could be through developing new products/services, solving and creating brand issues/challenges and many more.

Responsibilities:

* You will take overall responsibility for creative design on client projects, ensuring compliance with their brand guidelines and consistency with other communication outputs.

* Ensuring the user journey is delivered within the agreed client brief, keeping the account service team up to date with any changes, feedback from all stakeholders.

* Taking responsibility for all creative output from the studio, ensuring the creative is of a standard expected by us and the client.

* Ensuring all stages of the creative process are approved and signed off by client, including agreed rounds of feedback.

Skill set:

* 2+ Years Experience

* A keen eye for detail

* An ability to work as part of a team and to be autonomous

* Highly organised and able to juggle multiple tasks at any one time

* Strong presentation skills

* Highly diplomatic and problem-solving skills

* Fluent in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Suite

* Willing to learn new systems

* Confident and comfortable presenting to Clients and liaising with suppliers

* Thirst for and knowledge of cutting-edge creative solutions

Salary £24,000 – £26,000
