Our client a successful growing company based in Marlow are seeking a Sales Administrator.
Ideally you will be a graduate with 1 years’ experience or equivalent.
You will be providing administrative support and will deliver fantastic customer service. This role is varied with elements of sales administration, customer service and accounting.
You will be highly ambitious with a drive to succeed.
Duties:
* Ensure that customer orders are processed in an accurate and efficient manner.
* Producing Quotes and Customer Communications
* Checking Quote Details
* Liaising with suppliers and customers regarding deliveries and any other routine queries
* Liaising with bank partners in relation to applications
* Ensure full compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority and any other legislative requirements for the business
* Provide a high level of customer satisfaction and retention of clients
* Maintain accurate records relating to customer communications and other data on business CRM
* General ad hoc administrative duties
Skills Required:
* High levels of accuracy and attention to detail in work
* Ability to manage own tasks and prioritise workload
* Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
* Excellent telephone manner
* Competent user of Microsoft Office with particular emphasis on Excel
* Strong IT skills
* Customer focused
* Flexible outlook
* Enthusiastic with a “can do” attitude
* A willingness to learn and grow within a commercial environment where customer service and client satisfaction is the primary focus
* Driving licence and car required due to location
