This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced EA/PA to work remotely on a part time basis.

You will report to the dynamic, approachable and extremely supportive Founder of a successful consultancy based in Marlow.

This position is remote based however you will ideally live close to Marlow in order to attend weekly catch-up meetings.

Working hours Mon to Thurs – 0900am – 1400 hrs (this can be flexible)

Salary £26,000

Working for this highly successful consultancy who provide financial and commercial training and coaching to a number of blue-chip clients, you will be responsible for providing a proactive and seamless business support to the Founder.

Duties

* End-to-end coordination and administration to facilitate the delivery of coaching and workshop programmes – date confirmations, delegate communications, course material printing and distribution to venue/delegates, invoicing etc.

* Diary management including scheduling meetings and training programmes

* Maintenance of electronic diary (Excel based)

* Proactive management of incoming emails

* Liaison with suppliers and consultants

* Acting as a point of contact for clients

* Developing rapport with clients and their PAs to further develop client relationships

* Invoice management including raising and submitting invoices to clients

* Management and processing expenses using Xero accounting software

* Reconciliation of company bank statements.

* Maintenance of electronic filing systems

Key skills required

* 5 years plus EA/PA experience

* Exceptional organisational skills

* Outstanding attention to detail with excellent eye for critical path monitoring

* An effective, efficient, highly organised lateral thinker

* Confident dealing with all levels of seniority including the EA’s of FTSE 100 CEOs/FDs and their direct reports

* Ability to take a holistic view of the role and understand the impact each task has on the business

* Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities

* Proactive
