Our client a global leader within the healthcare industry is looking to recruit an Operations Project Manager.
You will be working with all employees across the group to provide support and quick responses to operational type issues relating to their bespoke Project Management/HR and Accounting systems.
This is a temporary role initially with a view to becoming perm in 3 months.
Duties:
• Project Manage all Development Projects with Business Practices and system developers
• Lead regular status meetings, recording notes & follow up actions
• Getting involved with testing and sign off on all ongoing development projects
• Record & document feedback
• On all ongoing Developments/System Upgrades, communicating with relevant Central Teams to troubleshoot and facilitate ease of procedures and process
• Working with the Legal team, coordinating, updating, and maintaining all forms and template changes for the accounting system
• Managing/maintaining regular contact with the system development team to ensure outstanding tickets are being reviewed and worked on in a timely manner
• Maintaining & updating the Central Operations Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Manage & update our Intranet site to ensure all Operations forms/templates are up to date and that any updates are communicated
• Manage & update inhouse Training system to ensure all system training modules are kept up to date
• Working on ad hoc projects that the Operations team may be asked to take on
Skills Required:
• Previous project management experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage time and workload effectively
• Good computer skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Good communicator and copes well under pressure
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Friendly outgoing personality with a good sense of humour
• Maintaining good relationships with colleagues
Salary £40,000 – £45,000 plus excellent benefits including: 29 days holiday, flexible start and finish times around core office hours, 4pm Friday finish, group income protection, private medical insurance, employee assistance programme, life insurance, enhanced parental leave, casual dress code
