We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Network Services Operations team as an Operations Co-Ordinator. The purpose of this role is to carry out administration support and handle processed bookings within Network Services for distribution of Leaflets, Newspapers, Samples and special contracts, supporting all Operational areas/networks as per business requirements.
Coordination of client bookings from sales (through Client Services Team (CS)) to suppliers or field staff, ensuring all aspects of the contract are administered effectively & efficiently.
Coordinating of processed bookings via Doorway (In-House booking system) relating to distribution in accordance with the client requirements. Highlight/Notify any problems to department Manager & relevant CS contact
Raising and managing Whistl Home Network (WHN) orders through Doorway
Liaise with Free Newspaper (FNP) Publishers to ensure all orders have been received by checking confirmations.
Support, help and give guidance to Field Network and Publishers during distributions.
Produce and provide delivery information (pre/post campaign) to Field Network/Publishers and CS Team.
Work with our Logistics Specialist, Publishers and Field Team to ensure stock is in the right locations at the right time. Work to extended Deadlines if needed and keep CS updated in case campaigns have to be postponed with Publishers.
Create all relevant paperwork, ensuring that it is completed accurately and distribute to the correct department.We welcome applications from candidates with any of the following skills or attributes: Administration, Admin, Operations, Co-Ordinator, Distribution
