We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, eager to learn, has excellent attention to detail and is keen to lay roots within a company that are growing year on year.
We have a position available within our HR team for a dynamic and organised individual to fulfil. It is a varied role in which the right candidate will be responsible for a number of tasks within the HR function, including recruitment, starters, leavers, payroll processing, absence management and generalist support.

In this role, you would be responsible for accurate and timely maintenance of HR records and database management to provide accurate management information that supports planning and business improvement. In addition, the HR Administrator will provide first line support and guidance in line with organisational policies, procedures, legal requirements and best practice to managers and staff, across range of people issues.
We would typically expect at least 1 years' experience working in a similar HR administrative role to ensure an understanding of people related policies, processes and procedures.

Additional Information
This role will involve occasional travel to our other sites and off-site meetings therefore own transport would be an advantage (but not essential). There may be a requirement to work additional hours on occasion in order to meet deadlines or during peak project work.

IT Literate – proficient in the use of MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Resilient and adequately robust when dealing with sensitive issues or conflicting viewpoints.
Experienced in the use of HR, Payroll and/or Time & Attendance systems e.g. Kronos, Northgate etc.
