Our client, a worldwide global search organisation based in Marlow, is looking for a graduate to join their team to start on a temporary basis ASAP with a view to go permanent in the future.

They are seeking a highly intelligent, bright individual who is above the norm in terms of acumen, focus, curiosity and results.

You will need to be a real "people" person and have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, be highly articulate and personable and able to communicate at all levels.

PLEASE NOTE DUE TO LOCATION A CAR DRIVER IS ESSENTIAL

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting and working with Senior Consultants on International assignments
Identifying target companies
Actively seeking candidates and building shortlists via internet research, phone mapping, and candidate approach calls.Key Skills:

Personable, team oriented with a desire to develop
Strong research skills and attention to detail
Highly curious, always keen to learn
Able to manage a busy workload
Polished, articulate telephone manner
