We are looking to recruit a dynamic Data Analyst for our client, a company that offers world-wide business delivery solutions based close to Marlow, Buckinghamshire.
Our client is a leading delivery management company providing efficient, high-quality services across Business Mail, Parcels, Fulfilment and Doordrop Media both in the UK and internationally. Distributing more than 4 billion items annually, they are market leaders in Downstream Access Mail (DSA) services handling over 50% of bulk business mail in the UK.
About The Role:

Your role will be to carry out the reliable, precise and accurate analysis of data in order contribute to the delivery of a high quality and effective Invoicing, Data and Revenue Assurance function for the business and its customers. The role requires hands on analysis activity but will vary slightly according to which teams you will be working on.

About You:
Experienced in the use of Microsoft Navision Dynamics
Educated to A’ level or equivalent (i.e. Level 3 qualification)
IT Literate – proficient in the use of MS Office including intermediate MS Excel skills with experience in pivot tables, V-look-ups and filters
Able to analyse data, spot trends, draw conclusions, think creatively and make recommendations accordingly.
Self-motivated, proactive, able to maintain excellent levels of accuracy
Excellent and confident communicator both verbally and in writing;
Flexible and adaptable with the ability to prioritise own workload to meet conflicting, varied and demanding deadlines
Confident and able to appropriately question and challenge the accepted norm in order to drive continuous process improvement
Able to communicate complex information effectively when dealing with internal and external stakeholders at a range of levels
Experience of invoicing practices and managing high volumes of data.
Experience of working in a corporate environment operating standard processes and invoicing practices whilst handling high volumes of data.
Experience of data analysis and processing using business intelligence tools including presenting the results in a format suitable and appropriate to the audience.
Works collaboratively in a small team to deliver a high quality of service to customers and Internal stakeholders
