Our client based in Marlow are looking for an Account Manager to work with their existing client base and generate new opportunities.
This is a warm Sales and Account Management role working within a small team.
Basic of £21k realistic OTE 34k
Contact clients, via telephone, to sell repeat and additional services.
Ensure all quotations are followed up in a timely manner.
Cold call prospective clients to increase business sales.
Liaise with clients to understand their requirements.
Co-ordinate site visits with clients, BDM team and third-party suppliers.
Answer incoming calls and proactive resolution of client enquiries.
Manage cancellations/changes to meetings.
Account Management
Develop existing clients to grow their business.
Maintain PPM schedules and spreadsheets.
Update the Pipeline board, follow up on tenders/larger contracts within agreed timeframe.
Attend off site client meetings, as required. Desirable:
Administration
Ensure emails are read and prioritized accordingly. Take action where required.
Update and maintain the B/C system with notes and customer information.
Organize appointments and manage the BDM diary.
Produce quotations
