This temporary Payroll Administrator position is working for a logistics company based in Marlow.

Description

This Payroll Administrator position based in Marlow, will involve the following responsibilities:

Support Payroll Manager with monthly payrolls by ensuring all Starters/Leavers & Changes are input into the payroll system accurately and in line with the published payroll deadlines.
Oversee absence administration by collaborating with the Payroll Administrator, site contacts and relevant line managers to ensure absence information is correctly reported, processed and paid.
Liaison with the HR BP's and Advisers to keep them updated with accurate information relating to absence within their business unit areas, allowing HR process to be maintained.
Provide cover across all roles within the Payroll team when required
Raise 3rd party payments to HMRC, pension provider, childcare voucher provider, court orders, etc.
Manage the input and processing of Benefits for P11D purposes (cars, medical and exceptional benefits).
Provide support for RTI and reporting of P60's, P11D's etc.
Coordinate administration of new joiners and leavers with company pension and benefits.
Produce monthly reports for headcount, financial stats, turnover and information required for governing bodies.
Support with the effective management of the Payroll, Benefits and Pension email inboxes
Escalate issues to manager when needed/appropriate
Own payroll specific projects as and when required.Profile
