I am currently working a long side a large reputable business based in Milton Keynes who have a great opportunity for a Finance Assistant to come in and join their ever growing team….
Key Responsibilities but not all:
Processing invoices
Assist in the preparation of month journals
Month end reconciliation of fixed asset and prepayments
Process client bank payments
Reconcile client bank accounts
Post transactions into GL
Ad-hoc duties will vary from time to time in line with the business needs.
Skills & Education:
Self-motivated and detail oriented with strong administrative discipline and an ability to set and manage priorities
Very good written and oral skills in English
Strong Excel skills
High standard of interpersonal communication and convincing intercultural skills
Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and excellent communication skills
Eagerness to learn and continue to develop
Understanding of how to build strong working relationships across the business
Ideal candidates will have excellent forward thinking and proactive mindset with a hands on approach and an eagerness to learn and develop. You will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a flexible approach.
