Business Relationship Manager – Finance Responsibilities:

Liaise between IT and the Business on the UK corporate area, assessing the best prioritization of demand to provide best value.
Ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations of key process owners and stakeholders.
Ensure continuous improvement of systems information performance from the technical. perspective, which includes knowledge transfer across business units, while implementing best practices.
Provide best practice support to key users and facilitate knowledge transfer within Tradebe's BRM community.
Collaborate and lead SAP and other system implementation and enhancement projects, process changes, etc which special emphasis on change management.
Supports the UK IT Director to create UK project and program charters.
Provides status of work in progress and/or issues related to UK IT Director.
Helps evaluate IT project objectives and analyses new UK business initiatives.
Monitors business partner satisfaction and facilitates continuous improvement in their IT experience.
Works with UK and Global Project Managers, Global BRMs and Global Service Desk.
Assists in prioritizing demand with the Global BRMs, ensuring demand aligns with both business and IT.
Organizes and facilitates workshops for training.
