Our client a global leader within the healthcare industry is looking to recruit an Accounts Receivable & Reporting Analyst.
Duties:
* Recording accounts receivable transactions accurately in the system of record
* Liaising with numerous teams to resolve issues / queries, prioritizing client invoicing issues and whilst ensuring to mitigate them where possible
* Maintaining the billing system
* Generating invoices and accounts statements within the agreed turnaround time
* Performing account and bank reconciliations for multiple entities
* Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
* Producing monthly financial management analysis reports
* Login Data Valley system issues and assisting in resolving technical accounting issues in (Data Valley).
* Support the team with month end closing task and recommending correction of any differences of WIP/IR in all companies
* Supporting managers with testing of development of our in-house systems (Data Valley)
* Overseeing the processing of Intercompany transactions and resolve reconciliation discrepancies
* Generating a roll forward Cash flow reports calculated through prior year trend analysis and based on actual position of the debtors and creditors ledger, maintain weekly update of cash inflow and outflow
* Monthly analysis of sales invoices, revenue, purchase ledger (expenses and suppliers)
* Support finance project i.e. TM1 during development and roll out
* Back up to the Finance Reporting manager secondary to processing sales invoicing
* Look for process and system improvement to realize efficiencies within Finance Process team
* Preparation of the VAT report and ensure this is reconciled against both sales and purchase ledger
Skills and experienced Required:
* Accounting qualification or equivalent
* 5 years’ experience in Finance
* Competent in Excel
* Strong system experience and problem solving
* Communication and reporting writing skills
Working in the heart of Marlow, salary up to £35,000 plus excellent benefits including: 29 days holiday, flexible start and finish times around core office hours, 4pm Friday finish, group income
