At present AMS are looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor to working with a leading engineering company in Marlow. This is a contract role, it will be avialble intially on a 6 month basis

Accounts Payable Supervisor is responsible for the processing of supplier invoices and payments and oversight of Accounts Payable function.

The Accounts Payable Supervisor will have responsibility for a team of 5.

* Lead the Accounts Payable function

* Management and development of Accounts Payable policies and procedures in line with Company policy and best practice

* Management and development of relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders

* Management and reporting of Key Performance Indicators for the Accounts Payable team

* Support the Finance team with any additional responsibilities as required.

* Prepare reports as required by the Finance Team.

* Experience of leading Accounts Payable functions in multiple currencies in an international manufacturing environment

* Good understanding of Supply Chain processes and controls

* Experience of using multiple ERP Systems (e.g Oracle, Syspro)

* Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with Suppliers and at all levels of the organisation cross functionally.

This role is only available on a PAYE basis
