We are proud to be partnering with a large National Client, that due to growth, are looking for an exceptional person to work as their Customer Service Team Leader based in Aylesbury.
Location – Aylesbury
Salary – £22,500 – £25,000 DOE
Contract – Full Time/Permanent
This is a fantastic position that would suit someone who has a passion for Customer Service and loves to motive and support their team.
Keys duties will include:
🔸Leading, motivating and developing effective management within the customer service department.
🔸Providing KPI reporting to the Customer Services Manager in all relevant areas of customer service.
🔸Resolving complaints received and investigate thoroughly whilst also reporting findings to the Customer Services Manager.
🔸Maintaining high levels of communication at all levels.
🔸Building and maintaining a robust partnership approach to senior management.
🔸Assisting the Customer Services Manager with the running of the customer service department.
Who we're looking for:
🔸Team leader or managerial experience within a contact centre environment is desirable
🔸Ability to positively lead, motivate and develop employees to their full potential.
🔸Must be a highly self-motivated individual.
🔸Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
🔸Strong understanding of process flows and work instructions
🔸Ability to drive performance measures and exceed KPI targets
