Quality Personnel are recruiting for two sales executives for a company who is looking to grow their sales team.

This is a hybrid role within a company that offers the potential of earning up to an extra £7000 extra each year in commission.

Job Responsibilities:

* Identifying and targeting prospects via calls and marketing campaigns

* Responding to all inbound queries

* Manage any sales leads through their CRM system

* Assisting the Product Manager with any feedback or ideas on products

* Attending regular marketing and product meetings with colleagues

* Attending industry events, meeting clients and prospects face to face

Candidate profile:

* Outgoing individual who could work well in a small team

* Experience in telephone-based sales

* Knowledge of CRM systems

* Experiencing using Microsoft office 365 (does not need to be advance knowledge)

* Enjoys creating and building rapport with both new and existing clients
