We are seeking a candidate for an exciting new opportunity, filling the role of Business Development Specialist! The successful candidate will be tasked with promoting the company’s business and products via the phone and live-chat software. Proactive sales will be key, combined with outstanding communication both verbally and in writing.

Key skills the successful candidate will possess:

* Confident telephone skills, capable of pitching a product to a customer in a clear and concise manner

* Outstanding proficiency in communication, both verbal and written

* Previous experience in customer service and telesales positions, as well as skills in data entry

* The ability to work in a target-driven environment, possessing a can-do attitude and willingness to surpass targeted goals

* The ability to take the initiative and experience of following up Marketing campaigns
