Our client, based in Buckinghamshire is currently recruiting for an Improvement Specialist on a permanent basis. The position is due to start as soon as possible on a full time basis and the annual salary for the position is £39,400.00.

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the housing sector and have experience of service improvement and seeing improvement projects through from start to completion.

Duties will include (but not limited to):
Working with the Improvement Lead on the portfolio of improvement activity to help with the delivery of results
Take a solutions focused approached to drive outcomes with, ensuring solutions are optimised for our customers and the whole business
Undertaking and delivering on business improvement activity ensuring that where needed quick wins are identified and implemented for the benefit of customers and teams
Delivering improvement activity on time and to budget, with strong governance and risk controls
Ensuring that the organization remains compliant with regulations and legislation through robust management
Ensuring all improvement activity is underpinned with the correct procedures, guidance and training and embedding processes within teams across the business
Producing high quality documents relevant for a variety of audiences at all levels

Experience required:
Leading and delivering on service improvement projects
Knowledge and understanding of processes in the Social Housing sector
