Recruitment Conusltant / Senior / Lead Recruitment Consultant

Ardor Talent are a boutique recruitment company based out of Loudwater covering Product, Technology & Financial Services areas. We are lucky to work with some of the largest companies in the UK across these areas & due to organic growth we are recruiting 2x Recruitment Consultants of varied levels to join the organisation.

We are looking for 1 member to be positioned within financial services & the other within Product & Technology.

Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities:

* Sales, business development, marketing techniques in order to acquire new clients and candidates

* Build out and manage your own portfolio of clients

* Become a recruitment expert in your field

* Utilise marketing to help you build out your personal brand

* Update the CRM with all the pertinent information

* Negotiate your own terms of business

* Hit financial targets

Recruitment Consultant background:

* Have a vision & be goal orientated – understand why you are here & what you want to achieve

* Be commercially astute

* Open & honest, we are this as an agency and our values are important to us and our clients

* Ambitious, somebody who wants to help grow a business and be rewarded financially for this with a chance of equity
