QA Supervisor

Location: Wycombe

About the role

This hire is for a new QA Supervisor to come into the business and oversee a broad range of quality operations focused on activities related to internal auditing, documentation control and wider management of the QMS.

Reporting into the QA/RA Manager, this position will have immediate responsibility to directly manage one team member but with the vision to grow the team in time.

This will be a hands on position, providing support and guidance to the team as well as carrying out QA activities directly.

Key competencies and experience

* Previous QA experience within Medical Device industry

* ISO13485 experience

* Ideally, experience with MDSAP

* Internal auditing experience – lead auditing experience would be a benefit

* Experience and/or capability to line manage

* Good communication skills

* Great eye for detail
