Position: Foam Fitter

Location: Loudwater, Bucks

Salary: £23k – £25k + production bonus

Hours: 8am – 5pm Mon-Thur 8am-3.30pm Fri (occasional overtime)

Reporting to the Director, the successful candidate will create and fit foam internals for custom designed products. You will then package up and prepare for shipping. You will be fully trained and be working with a fantastic team of individuals.

Responsibilities:

This requires the use of;

-AXYZ CNC Router to create the main foam pack (trained)

-Bandsaws to create the Trimmings to finish off the Case.

– Glue using a hand brush to stick the Foam into the Case

– cleaning / finishing Case ready for dispatch

Skills required:

-must be able to read drawings have excellent practical skills and work accurately

-Full training with be given for the CNC Router although some previous relevant experience would be helpful
