The Training department are looking for a confident, creative, and outgoing individual who
is passionate about helping people grow and develop their skills. They will need to
demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbal and written. They should possess
the confidence to create and deliver training sessions to groups and individuals alike.
They will be innovative idea generators and have a strong understanding about what it
takes to provide our customers with an excellent customer experience.
Role & Responsibilities
–
Deliver a variety of training programmes: new starter inductions, existing employee
development, personal improvement
–
Develop tailored training plans for employees
–
Work with subject matter experts in the creation and updating of training content &
activities
–
Maintain training records
–
Analyze, coach, and provide feedback on agent’s progress
–
Identify any learner needs and adapt content suitably
–
Motivate and drive learners to achieve their full potential
Required Skills
–
Ability to work well within a team
–
Work in an organised manner with confidentiality
–
Be adaptable to train via different methods: Face to face and Zoom
–
Highly self-motivated and proactive
–
Be able to grasp internal processes quickly and apply working in a fast-paced
environment.
–
Ability to prioritise and manage own workload and be adaptable to change.
–
Strong reporting skills
–
Experience with Excel or similar reporting software
–
A good understanding of Learning Management systems and delivery of blended
learning solutions
Required Experience
–
Previous experience within a Learning & Development role
–
Qualification in Learning & Development
