Job: Customer Service Advisor/Development TEMPORARY
Location: Loudwater
Salary: £17,500-£19,500
Hours: 09.00 – 17.00
Main Responsibilities:
THIS IS A 4 WEEK TEMPORARY BOOKING
This Outbound Customer Service role is working for a well-established company based in Loudwater. The role will involve outbound customer service calls and you will be responsible for providing a positive customer journey and cross-selling suitable products where possible. You will have good telephone-based experience, be used to working to KPIs and self-motivated. Strong communication skills and an empathetic and supportive manner is essential.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in telephone-based Customer Service.

Experience:

* Previous experience of upselling/cross selling
